The highly anticipated game of the year nominee “Black Myth: Wukong” lives up to its reputation, giving players an extraordinary and visually stunning action gameplay about the legendary Chinese mythology character, Wukong.
It can be played on both PC and console and gives players a hard challenge in the life of Wukong or also known as the Monkey King. Players use the skills and items of Wukong to find and defeat enemies like his iconic legendary staff. In the world of Wukong, finding weapons and tools help make progress through the journey as Wukong. The game is an open-world that gives players free will. The mechanics in the game is an RPG so you have to interact with characters to have an easy-to-learn and immersive experience. The landscape and graphics are visually appealing.
The movesets are hard to get used to since there’s a variety of them and knowing which one is the best will take time to figure out. The dodge is one of the components in the game that must be perfected. Fast reactions, like timing attacks and dodges, will defeat the enemy. The combat is similar to Elden Ring which is considered to be one of the hardest types of games involving fast reaction time.
The game is for teens and adults since it is harder for kids to play the game. The content is user friendly but there are parts where it could be scary for younger players. The game is fairly new so there could be bugs. The game is long with a huge story and takes time to finish.
I recommend this game if you’re looking for a challenge and like a game that takes time to play. I like “Black Myth: Wukong” since it has a good story with boss fights that make the game more interesting to play. It is challenging so it’s not a game that is easy to beat.
