Horejsi Recognized by Mayor

Swimming six days a week, doing Cross-Fit three of those days, Lindsey Horejsi strives to become faster in the pool. Horejsi’s hard work paid off at the state swim meet this year when she broke the national record in the 100 yd breaststroke. Horejsi was recognized  by Mayor Rassmussen at tonight’s city council meeting for her achievements in swimming. Rassmussen presented Horejsi with a certificate and a pin. Horejsi’s parents along with family friends and one of her coaches, Jon Schmitz were present for the ceremony.
