Are you in 8th grade? Are you completely clueless to what you want to do with your life? Do you like dressing up? Then Career Day is the day for you.
Wednesday February 8th is the seventh annual Career Day at ALHS. The eighth graders will be taking surveys to find out what path they should take. Each student will hear 30-50 speakers that day and go to Break-out sessions. They can also get an idea to what 9th grade electives they would like to take. Career day gives a different perspective to the future.
The students are required to dress to impress. “They could make an impression” said Lynn Keenan, 8th grade guidance counselor.
Remember kids, consider your future; you’ll spend the rest of your life there.
